Message from the Principal
The Good News!
“Do not be afraid! I have come to announce to you and to the whole world Good News. The Savior, the King promised by God, was born today in Bethlehem “! (Luke 2:10) This was the biblical words that inspired the Christmas recital 2019 that the “Stars” of the Providence Academy have just interpreted in an atmosphere overflowing with wonder.
“With the students of the Providence Academy, let us listen to the stars which will guide us towards the true meaning of Christmas and guide them on the path to peace. Let us share together this great moment of joy brought to us by the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, always praised and welcomed as the light that shines in darkness, hence our theme today ‘Each child is a star, a sparkle of the infinite’. With these words, Madame Manale Soueid, choreographer of the dances of this show, invited the assembly to rejoice because “today the sky is bent over the earth, and a loving God, who reveals himself to man as a little Child, was born.”
Congratulations to our dear “Stars”! A sincere thank you to the parish priests, parents and friends for sharing the joy and brilliance of our Providence Academy “Stars” celebrating Christmas! Thank you to the educational community and particularly to the animating team of this angelic recital which was so gracefully orchestrated and full of colors that plunged us into the true spirit of Christmas, thanks to the expertise of Sr. Nisrine Alnajjar, Toni Yazbec, Lioubar Akkawi and Manale Soueid! May this Christmas be the dawn of a New Year of grace!
