Discovering the life of farm animals, learning the cycle of life, and observing the hatching of little chicks very closely, was the mission of the KG2 students under the supervision of their head farmer, Sister Suzanne Osta.
Divided into groups, the KG2 students presented their farm, with all the animals that live there, in a playful and educational way. They taught their parents by involving them in games of discovery or skill: the life cycle of the rabbit, the characteristics of the cow (without forgetting that they showed them how to milk it!), and the life cycle of bees, hens, and ducks. The biggest hit was the chicken coop, where parents could observe the little chicks that had hatched under the amazed eyes of their children a few days before.
Congratulations, KG2, on this beautiful farm! Congratulations to your parents and your teacher, Sister Suzanne! You have shown great mastery of farm life. Congratulations especially to Sister Suzanne, who brought the farm to life through decor, creative games, and the egg hatching project, which really showed the students how a chick hatches from its egg and begins to grow. What a wonderful way to discover and marvel at the miracle of life!
