In Cycle 2, the science fair focused on the discovery of the planet and the human inventions that often draw inspiration from the natural phenomena surrounding us.
In grade 1, students work towards a greener planet, showcasing the joys of recycling and composting to their visitors, while emphasizing the importance of respecting the various animals on the planet, which they have classified by ecosystem. From river animals to those of the polar regions, passing through the tropical forest, all living beings deserve our attention and respect.
In grade 2, we delve into the inventions that humans have developed to improve life on our home planet. From electrical to mechanical inventions, students have explored machines that demonstrate the progress of human inventiveness. Who said that humans couldn’t harness electricity or move mountains with their machines?
In grade 3, however, the four elements remind humans of their place, emphasizing the importance of respecting the earth, water, air, and fire, which are necessary for a good life. The elements unite for a better life on this planet that has been entrusted to humans to take care of…
Congratulations, young ones! You have shown great maturity for your age and reminded those who may have forgotten valuable life lessons. A big thank you to the teachers who dedicated themselves to ensuring their students excel in their projects!
Congratulations and well done, dear budding scientists of Cycle 2, to your parents proud of your achievements, and to your teachers for their efforts to familiarize you with the scientific and technological investigative process focused on the planet, respecting what it provides us, and the human inventions that enhance our lives on our home planet! Thanks to Madame Anne-Valérie for her excellent report on your valuable discoveries!
